Malaysia Shopee Seller

In order to promote sales in Malaysia, it has already been revealed through various data that entering a store with a Malaysian shopper account has a positive effect on sales. However, it is still a barrier that entering a shop as a Malaysian shopper is more difficult than before.

The client appeared as an overseas seller in Shopi, Malaysia, and decided that the delivery period was longer than 14 days and did not purchase. The client was not able to become a local seller because there was no local subsidiary, local address or local contact information in Malaysia. As a client, a Chinese company sold children’s clothing to Malaysia and requested to become a local seller due to lack of sales.

We established a new corporation, opened a local bank corporate passbook as an agent for management of a local corporation, and created a local contact information. Now, I created a shopper account, created product contents in the account, and uploaded the product.

In addition, as a logistic agent, a warehouse was leased, and Chinese products were brought to Malaysia through import customs clearance. When the product was sold through Shoppe, the product was packaged and delivered to the customer’s address. We responded to customer inquiries by phone calls or messages, and also handled product returns and refunds.

We are currently starting branding work to open an independent shopping mall.
