In Malaysia, sales of offline stores have continued to decline since the coronavirus. In line with these issues, BHW is creating a positive impact on sales growth of small and medium-sized companies through the process of advertising, customer consultation, and payment at once.
The client, a Malaysian local food service company, wanted to deliver and sell food produced directly to a specific area during the corona movement limit. There was no online sales model yet, and there were no advertising media. I had to create a new online sales route.
Company branding, delivery product development, new Facebook page and advertising content production, new WhatsApp business account, WhatsApp business product content production, Toyyib Pay opened, Toyyib Pay content production, and delivery agency and local motorcycle for delivery ( ?) I made the delivery by employment.
For local sales, Facebook page advertisement, WhatsApp business account, and Toyyib Payment Gate are good models. However, it is still a barrier that content production has become more demanding than in the past for Facebook ads in Malaysia.
