Korea’s fluid bed boiler technology has already been exported to many ASEAN countries around the world. Philippines Cebu, Indonesia Kalimantan and similar facilities have been installed and used in Bangladesh, Malaysia, Myanmar and Cambodia.
In 2018, a 200 mega fluidized bed boiler was installed at Addaro Energy, Kalimantan, Indonesia. About 60 drivers were trained in the driving department.
As an education support company, we created individual training using engineer instructors from Emerson, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Hyundai E&C, and using our own educational materials for East-West Development. I decided to take a job.
During the training period of the trainees during the trial run period and the trial run technology transfer period after the training period, an operating manual was produced and published.
After being trained on a power plant efficiency evaluation model, we produced an efficiency evaluation manual suitable for the power plant.
During this period, there was also an opportunity for the operation department to plan the budget and update the power plant profit model.
In this process, operators were organized into 4 operation shift groups, and 1 efficiency part and 1 chemical team were formed.
